Privacy

We keep the email or phone number you give us so we can tell you when Cleo is ready. Nothing else.

This page covers the waitlist and this website. For what happens to what you say to the watch, see the home page.

What we collect

  • The email address or phone number you type into a waitlist form.
  • Which of the two forms you used, the one at the top of the page or the one at the bottom.
  • The details every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser. Our form provider receives these when you press the button.

What we use it for

Only to tell you about Cleo: when pre-orders open, when it ships, and the occasional update along the way. If you gave us a phone number, we’ll text you instead of emailing. We won’t sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to anything else.

Who else handles it

  • Formspree stores the waitlist for us. Its servers are in the United States, so your details may be kept outside your country.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and counts visits to it. That count uses no cookies and doesn’t see what you type into the form.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to take you off the list, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your choices

Write to cleowatch.team@gmail.com and we’ll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can leave the list at any time, and every update we send will say how. If you’re unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to your data protection authority: in India that’s the Data Protection Board, and in Europe and the UK it’s your national regulator.

Under 18?

Please ask a parent or guardian to join the waitlist for you.

Who we are

Cleo is made by a small team. Questions about this page, or anything else, go to cleowatch.team@gmail.com.
